Barbecued Pork Chinese Style

Ingredients:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

- Place the pork in a large resealable plastic bag or container and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the pork is well coated and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

- Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Reserve the marinade for basting.
- Roast the pork in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade every 10 minutes, until the pork is cooked through and caramelized.
